Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Selector in California to accurately pick product and assemble shipments for customers, ensuring correct items and quantities meet order specifications. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment and contribute to timely deliveries.

Shift schedule is Sundays through Fridays with start times around 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and a base pay of $21.05 per hour, with opportunities for incentives and additional pay like cooler premiums.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, stock pickers) preferred.
• Must communicate well with internal customers and management.
• Follow safe warehouse practices and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Select and prepare shipments accurately in the warehouse.
• Transport completed orders using stand-up electric pallet jacks.
• Build pallets according to customer guidelines.
• Maintain production standards and minimize errors.
• Return selecting documents to Shipping Department.
