Job summary

US Foods is seeking Night Warehouse Selectors to safely and accurately pick customer orders, build and wrap pallets, and operate an electric pallet jack. You'll follow order-selecting software and deliver to the correct dock area.

Work Sundays through Thursdays, 4:30 pm start, 8–10 hour shifts. Training base pay is $23 per hour with incentive-based pay after training. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, disability coverage, stock purchase plan, and life insurance.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, receive safety instruction, and complete reports.
  • Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, Sunday through Thursday (weekends and holidays as needed).
  • Recent experience in a physically demanding or endurance-based role preferred.
  • Experience selecting large-scale orders or operating a motorized pallet jack preferred.

Main Ingredients of the Job
  • Safely and accurately select customer orders.
  • Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
  • Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
  • Carefully move products from racks to pallets as directed by order-selecting software and equipment.
  • Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage-free.
  • Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
  • Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to the charging area.
Schedule

Work Days: Sunday-Thursday from 4:30 pm until completion (8-10 hr shifts)

Physical Requirements
  • Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively, moving 1,000+ cases per shift.
What You Bring to the Table

training base rate for this role is $23.00 per hour , and after training, associates will be paid incentive-based component pay determined by productivity metrics such as cases scanned per hour .
