Job summary

Advance Services in Fargo, ND is seeking a dependable Warehouse Selector for a fast-paced distribution center. You will accurately select, stage, ship and receive products while upholding safety and inventory standards, with hands-on experience operating a Motorized Pallet Jack.

The schedule is Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and the pay rate is $21.00 per hour. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to work independently

Qualifications

• 6 months of Motorized Pallet Jack experience required.
• Ability to obtain equipment certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select, pick, and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
• Operate a Motorized Pallet Jack and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Verify order accuracy and inspect products for damage.
• Wrap pallets, consolidate freight, pack orders, and complete shipment confirmations.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Complete equipment inspections and required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform general warehouse and sanitation duties as assigned.

  Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, lighting conditions, and noise levels
