Job summary

Capstone is seeking a warehouse associate in Schenectady, NY for 2nd shift (4pm – finish). Pay is $720-$960+ weekly, with opportunities to join our travel team and earn rewards through performance.

You will operate ride-on electric pallet jacks and other equipment to select products, using VoCollect and RF scanning tools, with data entry tasks as needed. The role requires standing/walking in a warehouse environment, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with ride-on electric pallet jack.
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks.
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
• Ability to provide accurate entry of data and handle administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Select products throughout the warehouse using warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, lifts, forklifts).
• Operate VoCollect and RF Scan-guns or read manual tickets as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Selecting products throughout the warehouse leveraging warehouse equipment that may include single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts or forklifts and other duties as assigned by site leadership
• Use of VoCollect, RF Scan-guns or reading manual tickets

What Success Looks like:

• 2+ years experience with ride-on electric pallet jack

• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
