Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration.
• Proficiency with technology.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• MD security license required.
• Prior security or logistics experience preferred.
• Residence within a 30–40 minute radius.
• Ability to work in inclement weather.
• Holdover availability; flexibility is a plus.

What matters most about a role like this is your sharp eye, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. Tell us about your strong observation skills with attention to detail.

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they elevate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Site Location: NorthEast , MD
• Schedule options
  • 3rd Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00pm - 6:00am, 40hours per week
  • 2nd and 3rd shift: Flexible Schedule, On-Call officer 8 to 16 hours per week.

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a valid securitylicense for Maryland.
• You have prior security or logistics experience.
• You reside within a 30-40 minute radius.
• You can report to work in inclement weather.
• You are able to holdover when needed.
• Flexibility is a plus!
