Job summary

Best Buy Findlay, OH is seeking a Warehouse Asset Protection Officer to oversee physical security at the distribution center’s security desk and yard gate house. You’ll control access and monitor CCTV to protect people and assets.

The role includes authorizing access, processing shipments, inspecting personnel, responding to incidents, and maintaining records. This is a part-time role with benefits and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Authorize access for employees, visitors, contractors and carriers to the facility or yard.
• Verify and process all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Inspect employees, visitors and contractors to deter theft.
• Answer and direct all incoming phone calls.
• Conduct CCTV tours, visual inspections, fence checks and emergency responses.
• Complete shift and incident reports plus inbound/outbound logs.
• Maintain all asset protection records.
