Job summary

Core-Mark is hiring for a Sanitation, Warehouse role in our freezer area. Pay is $18.00/hour with Mon-Fri 7am start times. You will perform cleaning and sanitation duties to maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment across dry, cooler and freezer zones.

We value safety, compliance with hazmat protocols, and timely completion of mandatory training modules; a drug test and background check are required after offer. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months general sanitation, cleaning and/or janitorial work experience.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Preferred: 1+ years of sanitation in a warehouse and pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

• The Sanitation. The warehouse performs general janitorial, cleaning, and sanitation-related tasks in the warehouse facility, including dry, cooler, and freezer areas.
• May perform similar duties in office areas as assigned.
• Completes all work according to company health and safety policies and guidelines.
• Reports all unsafe conditions or unsafe acts immediately to ensure safety of all associates.
• Performs cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash pickup and related janitorial tasks.
• Handles all cleaning chemicals as directed in hazmat material sheets.
• Timely completion of Pure Safety training modules.
• May require operation of pallet jack to transport refuse/trash to appropriate receptacles.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
