Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience and 1 year of customer service experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned buildings to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and service/restock them with supplies.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow schedules and report barriers; move furniture to access areas as needed.
• Clean interior glass, windows, and mirrors; dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Notify management of repairs or additions to building systems.
• Adhere to safety, security, and quality standards; establish good working relationships.
