Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned facilities. You will operate specialized equipment, handle cleaning chemicals, and support general janitorial duties as needed.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork with clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Prior janitorial experience is valued; training will cover procedures and equipment use to keep buildings sanitary and compliant with standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned buildings to ensure sanitary, safe environments.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; service and restock supplies.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow schedules and report barriers; move items as needed to clean areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and use power equipment properly.
• Notify management of repairs; maintain communication with clients and team.
• Adhere to safety, security, and quality standards.
• Complete any other duties as assigned.
