Job summary

CHEP Container and Pooling Solutions Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Operator to support our service center operations in Bolingbrook, IL. You will help ensure container preparation and cleanliness standards in a structured, safety-focused production environment.

The role offers a base pay of $21–$23.50 per hour with performance incentives, full benefits from Day 1, and biweekly pay. You will work Monday–Friday first shift and be part of a team dedicated to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with cleaning or sanitation work in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Understanding of general warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to position containers weighing up to 50 lbs for portions of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing bulk shipping containers using pressure washers, foamers, and fogging equipment.
• Using food-grade chemicals mixed to correct concentrations.
• Supporting daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Wearing required PPE and following all site safety procedures.
• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
