Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a sanitation associate at our New Braunfels, TX site. The role focuses on keeping the warehouse clean, free of debris, and supporting efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll lift 25-75 lbs, stand for long periods, and may train on site in sanitation and general warehouse practices, with opportunities for growth and travel across sites. Weekly pay and benefits after 60 days are available.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

• The associate performs other various sanitation duties as assigned by site leadership.
• You will learn both sanitation and general warehouse best practices, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision.

$500-$740 / Weekly

Shift options: 5:00 AM-Finish; 8:30 AM-Finish; and 8:00 PM-Finish

Work days: Monday-Friday OR Sunday-Thursday

Applicants for sanitation positions must be able to stand for extended periods of time, work in cold weather, pick up plastic and cardboard on the floor, mop up spills, and be willing to learn to drive. Electrical power jack.
