Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Pittsburgh, PA for Sunday–Thursday night shift (9:30 PM–6:00 AM). The role emphasizes sanitation, pallet sorting, and adhering to customer and Capstone standards to maintain safe operations.

You will work independently or in teams with minimal supervision, maintaining positive interactions with customer staff and delivery personnel, and supporting site supervisors with daily tasks. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Independent decision‑maker as needed to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Responsible for handling pallets per Capstone management and customer directives, meeting company standards, customer timelines, and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Communicate with Site Supervisor and Manager regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments, and concerns; contribute suggestions for improvement.
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate changing operational needs.
• Ability to sit or stand for periods in office and warehouse environment (concrete flooring and varying temperatures).

$19.00 per hour – weekly pay.
