Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance in a Charlotte, NC facility. You will lead workgroups, ensure policy compliance, and drive productivity through coaching and training.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Flexibility to work up to five days a week in a fast-paced warehouse environment is essential.
