Qualifications

  • Organize and maintain shop, yard, and inventory to keep field crews productive.
  • Deliver materials, tools, and consumables to jobsites.
  • Perform regular safety inspections of job sites, vehicles and equipment.
  • Ensure SDS documentation and safety manuals are on site and up to date.
  • Troubleshoot logistical issues and reposition tools to meet daily timelines.
  • Maintain clean, hazard-free shop facilities following safety guidelines.

The Opportunity

You will play a vital role in organizing daily operations, keeping field teams supplied, and leading company-wide jobsite safety compliance. This position gives you the autonomy to manage shop inventory, conduct site safety inspections, and maintain critical equipment. How You Will Make An Impact
  • Organize and maintain shop, yard, and Connex inventory to keep field crews productive.
  • Deliver essential materials, tools, and consumables directly to residential and commercial jobsites.
  • Perform regular jobsite, vehicle, and equipment safety inspections across operational locations.
  • Ensure all required safety manuals, SDS documentation, and emergency supplies remain fully stocked on site.
  • Troubleshoot logistical problems independently and reposition tools to meet strict daily timelines.
  • Maintain clean, accessible, and hazard-free shop facilities following strict safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate motor vehicles with a valid Alaska Driver's License.
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude with physical capability to operate tools and equipment.
  • Proven self-management skills with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Willingness to continuously learn construction processes, mechanical scopes, and safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Possess an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.
  • Prior experience working in a construction, mechanical, or trade warehouse setting.
  • Background in conducting basic site safety audits and managing SDS documentation.
