Job summary

GoodHeart Brand Foods is seeking a Warehouse Runner - Electric Pallet Jack Operator to help ensure a smooth flow of materials from receiving to shipping. You will support production by delivering materials, stocking inventory, and accurately recording shipments.

The role is full-time, non-exempt with both 1st and 2nd shifts. A sign-on bonus is offered after a probation period, along with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience operating stand-up forklift and electric pallet jack preferred.
• Ability to follow policies and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Stock inventory in cooler, freezer, and dry warehouses.
• Initial material accuracy verification for received materials.
• Perform cycle counts and report results to supervisors.

Warehouse Runner - Electric Pallet Jack Operator

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Shifts: 1st and 2nd

Type of Position: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Job Summary

The Forklift Operator will be a key contributor to the success of the Company by ensuring a smooth, predictable, and efficient flow of materials and products from beginning to end. The Warehouse Associate will fill, communicate, and execute clear production schedules.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock inventory including raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods in the cooler, freezer, and dry warehouses.
• Initial point of material accuracy verification for material received from production.
• Responsible for cycle counts, relaying cycle count, and other pertinent information to the Warehouse Manager, Shift Lead, and Production Line Manager when necessary.
• Provide materials delivery service to Production Operations to ensure production lines are supplied at all times to minimize downtime and other inefficiencies. (i.e. ensure raw materials moved into position to ensure production schedule is met.)
• Load and unload trucks, safely, utilizing material handling equipment.
• Load outgoing trucks, accurately and completely recording shipping records and maintaining outgoing records.
• Maintain cleanliness and neat appearance of the dry goods warehouse and freezer storage area.
• Work with team members efficiently and effectively.

Education and Experience

• 1 to 3 years or more work experience in food manufacturing, supply chain or related area strongly preferred.
• 1 to 3 years or more work experience in a Warehouse
• Must have valid Current Driver's License
• Ability to operate a stand-up forklift and electric pallet jack, preferred

Working Environment and Physical Demands
