Job summary

Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Returns Coordinator in Olathe, KS. The role splits time between warehouse operations and returns coordination, including shipping/receiving, labeling, loading programs, and kit assembly.

You will manage repairs and returns from request to resolution, work with Bills of Materials, ensure kit completeness, and support the team with other warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to follow specifications and BOMs.
• Able to perform repetitive, hands-on work.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP software is a plus.

Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual for a Warehouse & Returns Coordinator position. This is a hands-on position split between warehouse operations and returns coordination. Daily responsibilities include shipping and receiving, along with value-added services such as custom labeling, loading programs and configurations, and kit assembly. This position will also be responsible for managing repairs and returns from the initial request through resolution.
