Job summary

Qualdoc is seeking a dependable Warehouse Representative to support operations across southeastern Ohio. This full-time role combines inventory control, site coordination, staffing support, and field travel between locations.

The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and able to travel up to 75% with forklift experience. You will oversee daily activities, manage materials, and maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and company systems.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or site operations
• Previous supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience
• Experience managing temporary employees or working with staffing agencies
• Ability to safely operate a forklift
• Current forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry and spreadsheets
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email systems, and mobile technology
• Ability to learn and use inventory management software
• Experience setting up company-issued phones, email accounts, and applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
• Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record review, drug screening, and additional site requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or site operations experience
• 1+ year of warehouse management or supervisory experience
• Experience overseeing temporary warehouse or project-site teams
• Experience with warehouse or inventory management systems
• Background in industrial, construction, transportation, project logistics, or similar environments
• Experience supporting multiple locations or traveling project teams

Physical & Work Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, reach, kneel, and climb while working in an active warehouse environment
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions involving dust, noise, and other warehouse environments
• Travel by vehicle and occasional commercial airline as required
