Rasa Floors, LP is seeking a Warehouse Representative in Nashville, TN to own daily warehouse operations and ensure timely, accurate delivery of flooring materials for installation crews.

You will organize inventory, load/unload, and stage orders while maintaining safety and efficiency. This role emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and dependable performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of related experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and maintain flooring materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and stage orders for installation crews and deliveries.
• Maintain inventory organization and assist with cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly; keep the warehouse clean and efficient.
• Support team members to meet daily deadlines and service commitments.

We are growing and hiring a Warehouse Representative for our Nashville, TN Branch—someone who takes pride in accuracy, works with urgency, and delivers consistent results. This role plays a direct part in ensuring our customers receive the quality and speed we promise.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (some Saturdays based on business needs)

What You’ll Do
