Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Retail Replenishment/Warehouse Lead for Las Vegas. You will oversee day-to-day warehousing operations, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and cycle counts, while ensuring accuracy and safety.

You may drive forklifts and delivery trucks as needed and coordinate with store teams for timely replenishment. We expect 3+ years of retail warehouse leadership, a Nevada driver’s license, and the ability to work early shifts across seven days per week, including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading a team in a retail warehouse environment, 3+ years preferred.
• Experience with back-of-house retail operations, 3+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Familiarity with basic warehousing operations.
• Accurately process paperwork.
• Maintain warehouse organization.
• Participate in receiving and shipping processes.
• Participate in order fulfillment and drop ship processes.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Operate forklift and delivery trucks.
• Ensure data integrity and use IP/warehouse systems for replenishment.
