Job summary

Netrush in Hebron Estates, KY is seeking a Warehouse Replenishment Lead to supervise 5–20 associates and oversee inventory replenishment, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in warehouse, inventory control, replenishment, or lead roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and WMS.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer and B2B order fulfillment preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily functions and workflow of warehouse associates.
  • Delegate tasks, monitor productivity, and evaluate performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock timely.
  • Oversee receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
  • Organize storage areas and maintain a safe warehouse.
  • Supervise shift allocations and ensure efficiency across teams.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast replenishment needs.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety procedures.
  • Train warehouse staff and new hires.
  • Ensure safe use of equipment and tools.
  • Communicate metrics to leadership; support customer service with inventory inquiries.
  • Lead by example to promote teamwork and accountability.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Replenishment Lead assists the management team in ensuring the safety, quality, morale, and productivity of a team of 5–20 warehouse associates. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory replenishment processes, maintaining accurate stock levels, and ensuring products are received, stored, replenished, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to meet customer demand.

The Warehouse Replenishment Lead plays a critical role in maintaining an organized warehouse environment, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring products remain accessible and available for fulfillment operations and customers.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
  • Assist in supervising the daily functions and workflow of warehouse associates
  • Delegate and assign tasks, monitor productivity, and evaluate team performance
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are replenished in a timely manner to avoid stock shortages
  • Oversee inventory management processes including receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Organize storage areas and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
  • Assist in supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring operational efficiency across warehouse teams
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to understand inventory trends and forecast replenishment needs
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and workplace safety procedures
  • Organize and conduct training activities for warehouse staff and new hires
  • Ensure the proper functioning and safe use of warehouse equipment and tools
  • Communicate safety, quality, productivity, and inventory metrics effectively to leadership
  • Support customer service needs by assisting with inventory-related questions and ensuring timely order fulfillment
  • Lead by example in promoting teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment
Skills & Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Previous warehouse, inventory control, replenishment, or lead experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Strong administrative, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with direct‑to‑consumer and business‑to‑business order fulfillment preferred
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Basic math and inventory tracking skills required
  • Ability to motivate, train, and support team members effectively
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, squat, walk, and maneuver throughout warehouse areas for 8–10 hours per day
  • Ability to safely move throughout a warehouse environment, including stairs and stepladders
  • Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including moving inventory, stocking products, and standing for extended periods of time
Schedule

All leadership roles are expected to remain flexible for shift changes as business needs dictate, including evenings, weekends, and holiday availability.

Compensation And Benefits
  • $19.00-$24.00/hour depending on experience
