Best Buy is seeking a Warehouse Recycling Processor to support our distribution center's sustainability goals. You will recycle Styrofoam, cardboard, plastic, wood, and metal, oversee processing tasks, and maintain clean, organized recycling areas.

Daily inspections and collaboration with leaders help resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly. The role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 75 pounds, with opportunities to learn and grow within a safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfort with repetitive manual tasks and operating basic equipment.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean and process recyclable materials.
• Ensure materials are processed with no defects or rejections.
• Move and stage materials for loading into trailers.
• Load materials onto trailers for shipment.
• Unload and sort trucks returning from stores and delivery pads.
• Create accurate records of processed materials.
