Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated seeks a warehouse operations associate to process and fulfill customer orders using the Safekeeper system, handling about 200 storage boxes daily, loading and unloading trailers, and maintaining strict security and accuracy.

The role requires 1–2 years in a warehouse/records center, strong data entry with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work at heights. Dallas location, 7:00am–4:00pm, Mon–Fri, pay $17/hr.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/records center or similar operations.
• Strong data entry skills with Excel—VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables—and strong analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols while performing physically demanding tasks (up to 60 lbs) and heights.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders using Safekeeper; manage ~200 storage boxes daily.
• Perform physical logistics: load/unload trailers, move, weigh, sort, and disassemble items.
• Maintain clean, secure work area and protect customer information at all times.
