INW Phoenix Formulations is seeking a Warehouse Tech to process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, proper labeling, and compliant documentation in a fast-paced environment. The role requires adherence to cGMP standards and safety protocols while supporting a clean, organized warehouse.

Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm with possible Friday overtime. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, paid holidays/vacation/sick leave. Pay rate is $20.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; read/write basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge; ability to learn inventory software.
• Strong organizational skills and team collaboration.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Prepares documents, logs, and correspondence for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintains database updates and documentation files.
• Ensures transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Keeps warehouse organized, clean, and safe.
• Packages, labels, and stores products correctly.
• Complies with cGMP and SOPs; follows safety guidelines.

Job description

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (occasional overtime on Fridays may be required)

What you would be doing: As a Warehouse Tech you will process inbound and outbound shipments to/from multiple departments, suppliers, or customers while ensuring all orders are complete, accurately packaged, labeled, and stored, moved, or shipped. Receipts and shipments will adhere to and comply with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements at all times.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Prepares documents, logs, and correspondence to process incoming and outgoing products
• Maintains database updates and documentation files and archives
• Ensures all transactions are processed and completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintains a well-organized, clean and orderly warehouse
• Ensures all products are correctly packaged, labeled and stored
• Exhibits clear understanding and ensures compliance to cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of the warehouse environment and work place safety

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read and write basic English
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, E-mail, ability to learn the inventory software program, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs from ground to waist
• Ability to work 8 to 10 hours a day standing up
• Forklift Certification and/or experience a plus
