Job summary

MANITOU Group is seeking a Receiving Associate in Belvidere, IL to manage packaging, labeling and binning of new products, ensuring accuracy and damage-free intake. The role requires forklift familiarity, barcode scanning, and adherence to 5S standards in a fast-paced warehouse.

Varying levels for Associate I and II include training responsibilities, inventory updates, and cross-training across warehouse areas. Excellent teamwork and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or receiving role.
• 2-4 years of experience in receiving, warehouse operations, or quality control.
• Forklift certification preferred
• Experience with inventory systems (IFS or similar) is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Verify quantity and product accuracy against Arrive Report.
• Use Barcode Scanning System to process packaging and binning.
• Pack product to maximize box space while preserving packaging integrity.
• Label finished packages to meet marketing requirements.
• Inspect products for damage and ensure quality control standards.
• Operate order picker, standup reach truck and forklift as needed.
