Job summary

Electric Supply Center (ESC)/NorthEast Electrical in Woburn, MA is seeking a dedicated Receiving Warehouse team member. Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM. Rate: $21.00/hour. Work Location: Woburn, MA.

Join a team that ensures efficient receiving and accurate records. You will verify counts, label and store materials, and prepare bills of lading while operating forklifts or pallet jacks. A minimum of 2 years in a warehouse with a focus on receiving is required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and safety-minded approach.
• Physical stamina for long shifts and manual tasks.
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks or forklifts in a warehouse.
• Ability to work with a team to meet receiving targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting.
• Minimum 2 years in a warehouse/distribution center focusing on receiving.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all receiving and loading activities, verify counts, store materials, and prepare for delivery on time.
• Maintain and update databases for incoming/outgoing/returned materials, ensure inventory and customer orders are accurate.
• Inspect and label materials, report damages, prepare bills of lading and tickets.
• Notify supervisor about discrepancies in shipments or loading issues.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks to move material and shrink-wrap orders when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and perform related clerical duties as assigned.
