Job summary

Seneca Resorts & Casinos is seeking a Warehouse Attendant to support receiving, storage, delivery and inspection of items at the warehouse. You will follow policies to ensure correct materials, coordinate requisitions, and transfer goods to user departments, while maintaining a clean, safe facility.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to security policies. A valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or its equivalency preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in warehousing preferred.
• Computer literate.
• If required to drive for SGC business, must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to substantiate a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, deliver and inspect all items at the receiving dock and warehouse.
• Inspect incoming materials against order and specifications and arrange returns for defects.
• Coordinate requisition of materials from warehouse to user departments.
• Transfer and transport materials from Warehouse to user departments.
• Keep warehouse facilities clean, safe and orderly at all times.
• Place orders via computer for warehouse stock items.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and maintain a professional work environment.
