Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Vancouver, WA location. You will unload, audit, and stage products to maintain accurate inventory and ensure efficient store operations.

We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, strong communication, and the stamina to thrive in a busy, variable environment with extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt and staging of products.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Rotate inventories and store products safely.
• Adhere to safety procedures and forklift training.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Demonstrate safe lifting practices.
• Complete required department and equipment training.
