Job summary

Imperial Brady in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Receiver to join our receiving team. The role handles inbound shipments, paperwork, damage checks, and put-away tasks from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with some overtime.

You will be part of a tight-knit team, ensuring accurate counts, proper storage, and smooth collaboration with related departments across the warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2 years of warehouse experience.
• 1 year of receiving experience.
• Cherry Picker experience preferred.
• Stand-Up/Sit-Down Forklift experience preferred.
• Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, unload trucks, and scan products into our system.
• Handle all necessary paperwork upon shipment receipt.
• Inspect all contents for damage and volume.
• Put away the product.
• Assist with pulling orders.
• Help with some inventory.
• Work with the receiving team and collaborate with related departments.

The Receiver inspects incoming products for damage and ensures the blocks and tiers are correct and accurately counted.

You will work from 6:30 am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday; some overtime is required.
