Job summary

Reading Truck is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Aurora, CO. The role involves performing general warehouse duties to meet the needs of internal and external customers, including loading/unloading, order picking, stocking parts, and assisting with shipping/receiving.

The team emphasizes participation in 5S and LEAN initiatives, maintaining a clean work area, and contributing to organizational goals. Prior warehouse experience is required or preferred, with manufacturing exposure as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials to/from racks, shelves, or vehicles.
• Pull and pick orders for various pick tickets.
• Stock all parts received by receiving agents.
• Assist in shipping and receiving administration as needed.
• Drive and/or stage trucks as required.
• Participate in cycle counts.
• Support 5S and LEAN initiatives.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly work area.

The Nuts and Bolts

• Load & unload materials to and from designated areas such as racks, shelves, and/or vehicles
• Pull and Pick orders for any type of pick ticket
• Stock all parts received by receiving agents
• Assist in shipping and receiving administration as needed
• Driving and/or staging trucks
• Participate in cycle counts
• Participate in 5S and LEAN initiatives
• Assist to maintain a clean & orderly work area
• Operate in conjunction with the organizational goals of the warehouse

Required Credentials

• Prior experience as a Warehouse Associate
• Manufacturing industry or background experience preferred
