Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Austin, TX is looking for a part-time Receiver/Stocker to keep shelves stocked and the backroom organized. You will unload deliveries, move products to the floor, and assist customers as needed.

The role is physically active and may require mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight shifts based on store needs. Responsibilities include loading and unloading freight, verifying deliveries, handling pallets and hazardous materials safely, and using equipment like pallet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Forklift/power equipment experience preferred (3 months).
• Warehouse experience with inventory handling and stocking (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and other tools as needed.
• Contribute as a team player to complete other assigned tasks.
