Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Receiver/Stocker in Honolulu, HI. You will unload deliveries, stock shelves, and organize merchandise, keeping shelves and backrooms ready for customers.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and a fast-paced environment with variable shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs. Primary duties include assisting customers, processing deliveries, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, and maintaining a clean workspace while following

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience; education requirement met.
• 3 months forklift/power equipment experience preferred.
• 6 months warehouse inventory handling and stocking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper hazardous materials procedures.
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra devices, balers, and other tools as needed.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks.
• Additional responsibilities for Pro Fulfillment Stores: use Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders; load delivery orders; rotate orders by date; resolve customer issues; communicate with customers for delivery satisfaction; execute Delivery Readiness practices.
