Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating forklift or similar equipment preferred within warehouse.
• Experience with stocking, inventory handling, and shipments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following safety procedures for hazardous materials and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and other tools as needed.
• Team with colleagues to complete other assigned tasks.
