This role is physical and fast-paced, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs. A team-oriented, professional attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Preferred Qualifications include forklift/power equipment experience (3 months) and warehouse stocking experience (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and other tools as needed.
