Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in warehouse stocking and inventory handling preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following proper hazardous materials and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and balers as needed.
• Team up with colleagues to complete other assigned tasks.
• For Pro Fulfillment Stores: pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders using the Orders App; load and rotate orders by delivery date; communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
