Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to unload deliveries, stock shelves, and organize merchandise in a fast-paced store environment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer assistance, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• 3 months Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts
• 6 months Experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting customers and offering support during projects
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following procedures for hazardous materials and housekeeping
• Operate store equipment including scanners and balers as needed
• Collaborate with teammates to complete additional tasks as assigned
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage Delivery orders in Pro Fulfillment stores
• Load delivery orders with attention to quality and safety
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
