Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiver/Stocker in Pasadena to unload freight, stock shelves, and organize merchandise. The role requires safe lifting, attention to detail, and readiness to assist customers with their projects.

You will work with pallet jacks and forklifts, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and participate in associated store operations and customer service tasks. This is a physically active, fast-paced position with varied shift times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklift/power equipment preferred.
• Experience in warehouse inventory handling and stocking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Support store operations by verifying deliveries, dock prep, and using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools as needed.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks.
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders (Pro Fulfillment Stores).
• Load delivery orders safely and accurately, rotate orders by delivery date, resolve customer issues, and communicate with customers.
• Execute Delivery Readiness best practices.
