Job summary

Lowe’s Stores is seeking a Receiver/Stocker in Walton, KY to unload deliveries, stock shelves, and organize merchandise in a fast-paced, physical role.

You’ll work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight as needed and support customers with friendly, professional service. The role includes safety and equipment handling responsibilities and opportunities for growth within a large retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3 months forklift/power equipment experience.
• 6 months warehouse inventory handling and stocking experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting customers, answering questions and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and other tools as needed.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other tasks.
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders.
• Load delivery orders, ensuring quality and safe loading practices.
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues.
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
• Execute Delivery Readiness best practices.
