Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to unload deliveries, stock shelves, and organize merchandise at our Paducah, KY stores. This is a physical, fast-paced role with shifts that can include mornings, evenings, or overnight hours based on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• 6 months experience operating forklift or power equipment.
• Experience in a warehouse handling inventory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting customers and providing project support.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, prep docks, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and other tools as needed.
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders.
• Load and verify delivery orders with safe loading practices.
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve order issues.
• Communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
• Execute Delivery Readiness best practices.
