Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to unload deliveries, stock shelves, and keep the store area organized for customers. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs.

You’ll assist customers, handle merchandise, operate equipment, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace while contributing to overall store operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of warehouse experience handling inventory and stocking.
• Forklift or power equipment experience (3 months preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow hazardous materials procedures.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and balers.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other tasks.
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders (Pro Fulfillment).
• Load orders ensuring quality and safe loading.
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve issues.
• Communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
• Follow Delivery Readiness best practices.
