Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Receiver/Stocker to keep shelves stocked, backrooms organized, and the store safe for customers. You’ll unload deliveries, move products to the floor, and assist customers with loading when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 3 months forklift/power equipment experience preferred.
• 6 months warehouse stocking/inventory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools as needed.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks.
• For Pro Fulfillment Stores: use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders; load and rotate orders safely.
