Job summary

Laser Apparel in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support high-volume packing and distribution operations in a fast-paced environment. You will count and verify quantities, styles, and colors, maintain a clean work area, and assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.

The role requires basic math, ability to read packing slips, and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school education, GED accepted; experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Basic math and counting skills; ability to record numbers from packing slips.
• Able to read and record numbers from packing slips.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of work and maintain quality and quantity of work processed.
• Accurately count and verify quantities, styles, and colors.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment—discard all empty boxes/trash.
• Clean work area and organize warehouse as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and verify inventory quarterly.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, crouch, etc.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus.
• Other duties as assigned.
• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
