Job summary

DHL eCommerce in Irving, TX is hiring for a Receiver to process incoming mail and support dock operations in a warehouse setting. The role requires forklift operation, loading/unloading shipments, sorting by mail type, and verifying shipments and invoices.

You will maintain records, follow SOPs, and assist in other areas as needed. Qualifications include at least a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read and follow written instructions.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent; 6 months related experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Read and carry out written instructions and verify documents such as BOLs and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load shipments at dock using pallet jack or forklift.
• Sort and stage products received by mail type.
• Check shipment contents and invoices against items.
• Seal all envelopes and ensure TSA requirements on IAC certificates.
• Maintain cleanliness of the receiving area.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
