Job summary

Imperial Supplies, a Grainger Company, is hiring a full-time Receiver at our Pennsylvania distribution center. The role involves receiving inbound goods, performing put-away and stock movements, and ensuring accurate packing lists and receipts. No weekends; 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Candidates should have a High School diploma/GED and at least one year in distribution/manufacturing operations. Certification for Powered Industrial Equipment is required or obtainable within 30 days.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; one year of general knowledge of distribution/manufacturing operations preferred.
Powered Industrial Equipment certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Receive inbound materials from vendors and customer return stock using RF scanners and data entry.
Perform purchase order receipts and stock movements to bring stock into inventory.
Package, label and stage items; assist with inventory cycles and discrepancy investigations as needed.
Coordinate with Receiving Crew Leader on receipts, carrier, or supplier variances and maintain accurate records.
