Lowe’s is hiring a Receiver/Stocker to keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise. You’ll unload deliveries, handle equipment safely, and keep your area prepared for daily success.

This role is physical and fast-paced, requiring safe lifting and attention to detail. Shifts vary and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight, with a friendly, professional attitude on the floor.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
• Forklift/power equipment experience (3 months).
• 6 months experience in warehouse stocking and inventory handling.

Aufgaben

• Deliver customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Support store operations by verifying deliveries, completing dock prep, and using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and other tools as needed.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks.
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders (Pro Fulfillment Stores).
• Load delivery orders with safe loading practices and verify order accuracy.
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues.
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
• Execute Delivery Readiness best practices.
