Job summary

Bunzl Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Receiver for 1st shift in Winston-Salem, NC. The role involves receiving products, storing items correctly, and preparing for order selectors on the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers; maintaining a clean workspace; and collaborating with the team to meet daily goals while adhering to safety procedures. Training is provided for stock picker tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operation
• 1 year experience on a stock picker is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive product into the warehouse and properly store items in bins.
• Ensure all product is in good condition and match the order requirements (quantity, quality, etc.).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and customer demands.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times.
