Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Forklift Reach Truck Operator in Westborough, MA. The role includes maneuvering freight, loading and unloading, and performing duties as directed by site leadership.

Qualified candidates will be capable of lifting 25–75 lbs, have a year or more of warehouse and forklift experience or be willing to be trained, and work in a fast-paced environment with high energy and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year warehouse and forklift experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs repeatedly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

Forklift Operators maneuver freight, load, and unload both by hand and with equipment and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• 1+ year warehouse and forklift experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
