Job summary

Ubique Group in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Full-time LTL Picker for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 6pm–2:30am). Responsibilities include selecting items with sit-down/stand-up forklifts and reaching trucks, moving pallets, and cross-training in other warehouse roles.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of forklift and reach truck experience, read and interpret pick tickets, and maintain high accuracy. Flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

Our location in Olive Branch, Mississippi is currently seeking a Full-time, LTL Picker for our 2nd shift. The scheduled working hours will be Monday-Friday, 6pm - 2:30am; however, there will be times that require this candidate to come in early or stay late, based on business needs.

POSITION SUMMARY

As LTL Picker, you work as a member of a team responsible for picking items from rack bins for customer orders using a sit down or stand-up forklift. You will be responsible for the movement of material through the warehouse, there may be times that you are required to palletize and stage customer orders. You will also cross-train in additional warehouse positions as part of Ubique Group’s “We Move to the Work” approach, which empowers employees to expand their knowledge and skill sets.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small items.
• Climbing off on forklifts (For positions that requires that).
