Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Franklin, Indiana is seeking a Daytime Warehouse Quality Team Lead to manage production lines, train staff, and ensure accurate packaging and quality controls.

The role supports a safe, efficient distribution environment with weekly pay and standard benefits. Responsibilities include line setup, operation, and reconciliation, ensuring correct products on the line, and supervising line workers to meet documented work instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience with math calculations.
• 1+ year computer and hand-held scanner experience.
• 1+ year team lead or production experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of production assembly lines.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operation, and reconciliation of assigned production assembly lines.
• Make sure correct customer product is on the line.
• Train line workers on how to assemble components and pack product per documented work instructions and quality requirements.
• Make sure units/pallets are packed correctly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
