Job summary

Neovia Logistics in Aurora, IL is seeking a Warehouse Quality Associate on Shift 1 (Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm with potential overtime on Saturday). The role ensures quality of stored product and returns, supports inventory accuracy, and operates warehouse equipment safely to meet business needs.

You will perform audits on incoming/outgoing shipments, identify damaged items, repackage per guidelines, stock securely, and input data into the system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
• Warehouse experience.
• Quality background.
• Inventory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure any returned product is in good condition and ready for shipping before returning to stock.
• Perform audits as needed for incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Identify damaged or defective products and report them to management.
• Support with repackaging of product following facility’s guidelines.
• Ensure that inventory is stored securely and in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Identify & report defects timely to help minimize Bin denials.
• Safe operation of forklifts, including clamp lifts, reach trucks, and order pickers as needed.
• Input data into the company's computerized system accurately.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
