Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Warehouse Quality Associate to validate inbound loads and ensure accuracy at check-in, supporting efficient warehouse operations.

You will perform inventory matches, inspect trucks, enter data into handheld devices, and maintain proper documentation while working Monday–Friday nights 8:00 PM–4:30 AM in Lenexa, KS. This full-time role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of warehouse or auditing experience, and basic computer skills.

• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Prior experience in warehouse, inventory or auditing preferred.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Basic computer application and technology skills.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Quality Associate is responsible for the check-in validation of all incoming loads to the Warehouse.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for inbound and outbound inventory matches.

• Enters inventory data into handheld.
• Maintains bin integrity in mass storage.

Physical Requirements

• Speaking: Constantly (investigates, negotiates, recommends, reports, etc.)
• Acute Vision: Constantly (observing both near and far, reading documents)
• Mobility: Frequent travel throughout Heartland Facility (Walking in warehouse)
• Bending/Squatting: Constantly (picking up product, moving product)
• Lifting: Frequent- Lift 50 lbs. or less (full cases of product)
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with the seasons

Pay: $19.25 an hour
